Ace
INVADERS |
In
this remake of 'Space Invaders', which barnoproductions
made, you play as a car protecting your garages from onslaughts
of cogs and gears! Retro and addictive! |
Advertistment
#1 |
As
soon as I found the video button on the digital camera,
it was to be done. I took a video of me doing some 'footie'
skills and gave it a 'moral' message. |
The
same 'moral' message as Ad #1, but a different video,
edited in a different way! (If you were wondering about
Ad#2, it was made, but it was really just Ad#1 with a
barrel of oil.)
I
got my hands back to the camera and after a small amount
of Flash editing, this advertistment was ready to speak
it's message to the world.
The advertisement 'saga' continues, and with it a fresh batch of "anti-animal-cruelty". Featuring Barno and a massive squirrel.
This
was made very, very quickly, a bit of a quick sketch, involving
a sequence: man - anvil - hit - disaster. |
This
was the first 'decent length' animation made under SCPUK.
You could argue 'Ghastly Granny' was decent length, but
I would flaty deny you with a stern "No". Basically
in B:FvP, we follow a Farmer chasing a Pig, in an epic
chase. |
In
this spin off game, from the original 'BACON?: Farmer
vs. Pig', you play as the Farmer, and try to 'boot' the
Pig as far away as possible! Includes bonus movie - 'Pig's
Revenge'.
In the longest production process ever to grace SCPUK's shores, and the most amount of wasted time during that, 2 years after the release of 'BACON?: Farmer Vs. Pig', comes 'BACON? 2: Requiem'. I kinda like it... |
What
the hell? Exactly. In this strange, experimental Flash
movie, barnoproductions went mad! The graphics are poor,
but the sheer audacity and humour of the whole experience
makes you want to laugh until you explode. The story: a
boy tells his mother he is pregnant, which ends up in terrible
chaos! |
The barnoproductions
eXperimentation series got off to a strange,
but popular start with 'Mama I'm Pregnant', so with this
sequel, it continued going in the wacky, weird and wonderful
direction. Contains scenes of random violence. |
This is the impossible. Mama and Son return in this genre-defying, description-defying and reality-defying encounter of impossibility that cannot be merely written in words. However, if you wanted a description in 10 words, it would be something like; "A journey so random it could blow everyone's brain away." |
bpX
Skits |
bpX
Skits
A series of over 20 short animations and skits, ranging
from random to ... well random. When I take
a break from the bigger movies, I often start
one of these!
This is a pretty cool music video to the short light-hearted alternative rock track "Crayons" by a band I founded called Atrioventricular. Featuring lots of crazy effects, and a comedy intro, I really enjoyed making this, and thanks to Sham Bhangal for his famously awesome scripted camera, making much of the animation easier to do, and producing a better overall piece. |
You
play as Dangerous Duck in this side-scrolling action
shooter, who is on a mission to defeat the waves of enemies
and reach Professor Bloody-Stump, to stop his crazed
schemes of world domination .
In
this thrilling game, you must click on the crosshair to
shoot the evil elephants! This was a sequel to the original
game, which was more of an idea with only one level, with
25 levels and a hard boss at the end. |
After
a great response to EG2, I made some good adjustments and
more action in another sequel. This time after the 'training
levels' (1 & 2), you get to use your cursor as the
crosshair and move it freely at will. |
A
game made in a reasonably short amount of time, with help
from a really good tutorial. You control a spaceship, and
you are trying to get the greatest score possible, with
10000 points making you an Elite Space General - but if
you die, all your score goes! |
A
classic. The first SCPUK piece, and to be honest, it was
too short, quite badly drawn and uninteresting. But, it
was the beginning, and this was an important animation
for us. The plot: a man randomly gets assaulted by a granny,
based on a true story. |
The longest movie in SCPUK's history, 'Greg's Chat: Episode 1' is one of my personal favourites; enjoy the insane news, Ozzy Osbourne's interview, and countless numbers of advertisements!
This
is a great example of the co-operation skills in SCPUK.
We put together 7 animations, in a reasonably short time,
and put them in one overall piece, giving the user the
chance to select what they want to view.
This
is the long-awaited follow up to In A Nutshell. The art
and animation skills of me and ']['ommy had improved
a truck-load since February 2005 up until October 2005
when the sequel was released, and with more animations
(11), it's a great watch! Luckily for you, after a button
failure on the standard IAN2, I fixed IAN2 into a Gold
Edition, and added a new unreleased bpX: Skit to the
line up!

Let
the festive fun begin! SMASH! gets 'Christmas Fever' in
this wintery edition of the quiz show game! With in-between-round
minigames! ENJOY! |
Ho ho ho! SMASH! returns in this festive special - with 25 new Christmas themed questions, minigames and the killing of a snake/toast hybrid creature with a large shovel... |
Two rather cynical pieces of toast take a critcal look at some of today's television programmes.
It's
a huge 35-section tutorial to help you guys out with
Flash! Ranging from complete n00bs to more advanced
Flash author skills. |
Don't
ask me. If you're gonna ask anyone, ask Tommy from SCPUK.
He's obviously watched too much 'Mama
I'm Pregnant'... Watch this bizzare short now, exclusively
on barnoproductions!
These
six ani-movies took digital camera films edited in Flash
to another level. The file sizes were massive, and don't
fit on the net, but oh well. They basically involve adding
sound on Flash to series of short videos. |
In
the words of Keith Barret, this was "a bit of fun".
Playing with sounds, trying to making music is really what
this was all about. |
Great
frame by frame animation, displaying a powerful message
of peace. ']['ommy drew each frame, and Barno edited it
(mainly putting in the sound). One of Barno's favourites. |
In this festive special, Azlan is the host as we look back on the SCPUK's releases in 2006, as well as a few 'fesitve clips and games'. Enjoy and have a Merry Christmas! |
I
thought up the idea of a quiz show animation for all the
family and came up with this. It got a 'decent score' on
Newgrounds, and several good reviews. You have to go through
the quiz with computer contestants. |
In
a good follow-up, SMASH! #2 used more complicated script,
to make it so you have to get a certain score each round
to stay in, trying to win the overall glory of being the
SMASH! champion. This is complete with in between round
animations and scenes. |
This
was submitted to Newgrounds just a day after #2, and
with new characters added and new questions, it was another
hit. My favourite review was a 10/10, with it saying,
I quote, "THAT ROCKED ASS".
I
took time to read people's reviews on #3, and tried to
fulfil their askings of me. I made a whole new mode - "STUPIDLY
HARD", and completely new characters. I also encorporated
tie-breakers and better between round scenes. This is my
personal favourite SMASH!, and SCPUK was named 'the perfect
example of the "model author" on newgrounds'
by a nice reviewer :) |
We
decided to close the SMASH! series for a while, to think
up new projects. This got an 'awesome score' on Newgrounds
and was at one time SCPUK's highest rated submission. In Champions,
you compete to become the SMASH! Champion of Champions. |
This
takes SMASH! to the ultimate 100 question quiz, with 16
enduring rounds and 6 characters. This features extra bonus
games and a well known character to face for the last lot
of questions ;) |
 With
only 3 colours of Red, White and Blue, this was a challenging
'Red, White & Blue' collaboration, where the participants
had to make a game with very limited options in design.
SMASH!: Red, White & Blue was our entry (made by barnoproductions),
which was a landmark in the SMASH! series, as it became
the first to have time bonuses, was stylish in the colours,
and the whole collaboration did receive good reviews, and
the style was appreciated. |
 This
has been made for the 'Green & Black' collaboration,
now on Newgrounds. Check it out here - it's groovy! Or
go to Newgrounds.com and watch the whole collaboration! |
The
ultimate. This is by far the best SMASH!, with 8 modes,
536 or so questions, mini-games, time-bonuses, the lot.
Thanks to Glaiel
Gamer for helping loads with the coding and minigames!
This is the SMASH! series, Reloaded. |
A useful timer, made in Flash. When there used to be a ratings system on this site, this always used to come 'rock bottom' of the standings, though that was slightly biased. |
Shake the vending machines in a rage to loot as much as you can within the time limit! Can you work out how to get the special moves? Complete with original music. |
It's rage against those machines again, with part two featuring 6 stages set in places ranging from Russia to under the sea, and complete with 3 difficulty settings. It's time for another vending vendetta... o' carnage. |
 This
has been made for the 'White & Black' collaboration,
on Newgrounds. Check it out here - it's
completely in black and white, and it's set in past times!
You can watch the whole collaboration here! |
Finally,
I can have a break from being known as the one man bandwagon
of SCPUK, as Tommy, who can now be called an animator,
has made his mark with a very solid movie about a zombie
outbreak. |
